I took my first steps into the air at the age of 14 after years of ground handling and accompanying my dad to the airfield, ever since I have been hooked!
It didn't take long before I realised that competition flying is what interested me but I had to wait until I was 16 to be able to compete. My first comp was the 2009 british open where I finished 6th only a few points behind now fellow parajet team pilot Dean Eldridge which was a great result, I was happy to be beaten by Dean, as we had worked together through out the comp.
Since the 2009 nationals I have been a member of the british team taken part in a range of competitions around europe.
In 2011 I left University life where I was studying music technology to become a full time Paragliding and paramotor instructor at Airways Airsports and most recently FlySpain in southern Spain. Now Im concentrating on my newest venture Northern Skies Paramotoring (www.flynsp.co.uk) which will offer quality training and equipment to the north of the UK!
